Welding Performance & Engineering Differentiators

High-Rigidity Motion Control: Rigid 6-axis arm with fast acceleration and low inertia – maintaining stable arc distance and torch angle on tight curves.

Adaptive Seam Tracking: Arc-voltage sensing and 3D laser vision compensate for thermal expansion, fit-up tolerances, and gap variations in real time.

Spatter-Free & Heat Control: Synergic digital power source modulates current/voltage waveforms millisecond-by-millisecond – minimizing spatter and preventing burn-through on thin sheets.

Torch Safety & Anti-Collision: Mechanical and software shock sensors instantly interrupt motion on contact – protecting torches and contact tips.

Integrated Gas & Wire Feeding: Hollow-arm or compact external feeder for short, stable wire paths with integrated shielding gas control.

Choose the Right Gripper for Your Workpiece

Mechanical Grippers:Suitable for compatible cartons, bundled sheet materials and rigid components that can be securely clamped. Jaw geometry and gripping force must match the workpiece.

Vacuum Grippers:Suitable for products with compatible, sufficiently sealed surfaces, including certain cartons and flat panels. Vacuum performance depends on surface condition, leakage and product weight.

Custom End-of-Arm Tooling:For irregular shapes or specialized handling processes, custom fixtures and gripping tools can be evaluated based on the workpiece dimensions, center of gravity and required orientation.

Smart Sensing & Torch Station Ecosystem

To ensure uninterrupted production, each welding cell can be configured with automated peripheral modules:

Automated Torch Cleaning Station: 3-in-1 reamer nozzle cleaning, anti-spatter spray injection, and wire cutting – maintaining arc ignition stability.

Multi-Axis Auxiliary Positioners: Synchronized 1-axis/2-axis rotary positioners and linear gantry tracks expand reach for large 3D weldments without stopping the arc.

Weld Data Logging & Quality Inspection: Digital recording of arc voltage, wire feed speed, and linear energy – providing complete quality traceability per joint.

Quality Testing & Arc Consistency Standards

Continuous Arc-On Stress Testing: 48-hour continuous test welding under maximum duty cycle to verify thermal stability of drive motors and power supply cooling.

NDT Weld Quality Verification: Sample welds undergo non-destructive X-ray and dye penetrant testing (PT) to guarantee pore-free, defect-free penetration meeting ISO 5817 Class B quality levels.

Trajectory Calibration: Laser interferometers verify path accuracy down to ±0.03 mm under dynamic speed changes.
